Dive Below the Surface to Build a Strong Faith

The theme is SCUBA: DIVING Into Friendship With God.  We are excited to see the depths we will explore!
Take kids deep into an amazing undersea adventure where they’ll experience the ever-flowing, never-ending love of God. At Scuba VBS, kids will be immersed in the Word and discover what living water is really all about!
VBS is always the best week of the summer at St. Nicholas. Our VBS participants encounter stories from the Bible, meet new children, have a good time with friends, and experience new and fun activities. They learn Bible verses, act out Bible stories, sing fun songs, watch and participate in skits, create crafts, take part in hands-on mission projects, discover science activities, and enjoy snacks!
VBS at St. Nicholas is for children entering kindergarten through eigth grade.
VBS is amazing opportunity to share your love of Jesus with others as a volunteer! We need junior high, high school, and adult volunteers to help. VBS allows you to be a part of sharing the Gospel with children and, in turn, impacting their families. We are called to share the hope we have, and by helping make VBS happen, you are doing just that!

St. Nicholas is offering a 3-day VBS program. This is a week of VBS programs compacted to 3 days,  filled with games, experiments, songs and prayers that will reinforce the message that God is a perfect friend to each of us.

Each day's theme is connected to important elements of our Catholic faith.

• VBS Monday- God is a friend who is real / Blessed Carlo Acuits 

FRIDAY, JUNE 21ST

• VBS Tuesday- God is a friend who loves / St. Margaret Mary
• VBS Wednesday- God is a friend we can trust / St. John Bosco

SATURDAY, JUNE 22ND

• VBS Thursday- God is a friend forever / St, Mary Magdalene
• VBS Friday- God is a friend for everyone / St. Damien and St. Marianne

Registration deadline: Sunday May 26th
early Registration fee: $40 per child (April 1 - may 10)

regular Registration fee: $50 per child (may 11 - may 26)

Registration closes May 26th.

The registration fee includes a t-shirt, supplies, snacks and an experience that will take them DEEPER in their relationship with God!

VBS Student Volunteer

Volunteering at VBS is just as fun as participating! We need High School Leaders to help take kids deep into an amazing undersea adventure where they'll experience the ever-flowing, never-ending love of God.
As a leader you are responsible for leading stations, guiding crews, and being an active participant in all of the fun activities, games, dancing, and singing. You are inspiring the younger children at VBS and its your goal to keep them engaged and excited.
